Clean, stylish, modern, comfortable, good beds, nice sheets, close to river and CBD, very helpful and agreeable staff, interesting layout of complex, coffee shop cafe on site, coffee and tea making facilities. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay as good as it was. The room was clean and the entire motel had a very relaxed feel to it. Walking distance to everything. Excellent restaurant. Refreshing pool. Undercover parking. Everything you need is there. I will definitely stay there again.

Being in the middle of the cbd it was close walking distance to lots of shops. Handy location, good facilities; overall good value accommodation. It had a good Bed. location, friendly staff on arrival, music played in dining room. Location. Wifi was a bit weak in our room, but we were given some free vouchers to access it at the coffee shop. The only issue I had was with the bed. it was quite uncomfortable and I spent most of the night with back pain. Nothing. Nothing. bath salts instead of gel would be nice, something to detox or revive muscles. Sadly the fridge didn't seem to be working and this was only discovered the morning we were leaving. Nothing. No bathtub, mattress a little firm. Restaurant prices a little excessive for offerings. Parking - spaces a bit tight and not enough. Stairs only for access to rooms. Carpark is to small. mattress hard, the building echoed easily, bathroom walls very thin. No cable tv. Poor value for money. Paid $170.0 for an average room. Late night and early morning noise from street outside. Restaurant closed for dinner and not open for breakfast until 8am. Reception staff unhelpful and told us she wasn't from Rocky and didn't know where to eat for dinner. Had much better accommodation for less money in other towns on our road trip fro Townsville to Adelaide. Did not appreciate the unadvertised credit card fee. Told that it is 2% but actually charged 4%. Sneaky.
