The Manager was particularly helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. He invited us to use all the cooking facilities in the cabana which was very well equipped with cooking appliances and BBQ's. Lovely staff, nothing was a problem. Beautiful and clean comfy bed, will definitely being staying again, convenient location. Enjoyed our stay and the staff we very friendly. We will stay here again for sure. Prime location!!.

Lot of noise in the morning from the adjoining cafe patrons. There was nowhere to hang laundry outside the room. The fact that people can peep in your bathroom window. Pool too small. Rooms are a little dated. Small television. The room was a little dark, but not a problem, as we only came to stay over night. No Hair Dryer & would prefer extra lock/chain on door. A little noisy with the traffic. unfortuately my plates & cultery which I used the day before were not cleaned when they di the room. We had a motel room for family of four, a little tight. There may have been larger rooms or apartments but they weren't available at time of booking. Ok for a one night stay for us, but longer would have been inconvenient. Road noise a little loud at night, ask for a room away from the main road if possible. When I booked this place I thought I booked 2 family rooms,but when we got there only the 1 family room was booked,luckily the owner rang through to the motel next door and got our friends in there,we were so lucky as it was a very busy weekend in Rockhampton that weekend,not sure what we would of done if they didnt get a room.
