The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

  Everything worked well. The chair/sofa was comfortable and King size bed was good. The curtains actually kept the sun out in the morning! - The excellent restaurant and the friendliness of staff. Central location and great tourist information.

It was a perfect spot for us, withs a pool that our 9 and 11 yr olds loved, and it is just across the road from a lovely safe swimming beach. We had a beachfront villa so waking up to the stunning views every morning was amazing! Highly recommend.

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was well appointed. We stayed in the same room for two nights and then eight nights separated by a 12 day Kimberley camping Safari. Our excess luggage was stored for us by Broome Time Lodge. Handy breakfast packs and meal packs available from Reception.   Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.

Initially we stayed there as it also included Foxtel however we were moved to a more suitable wheelchair friendly accommodation not on the main complex and this didn't include Foxtel. However this didn't interfere with our stay at all. The amenities were much more than we hoped for and we would stay there again. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport.   Absolutely fantastic. I stayed at the Sebel Mandurah a few years back after it was just built. Now, about 4 years on, I wondered if the hotel would be in the same pristine condition. I needn't have wondered. The rooms were just as clean and as well maintained as they were when the place was new. Great size rooms and a brilliant location.   Price and location......even though we had a room overlooking the main road......it was noisy the first night but when we realised there were 2 doors it was fine after that - The location was really close to the beach, the staff were professional and friendly. The property looked very well kept, we enjoyed out stay.
