  Fiona and Steve are brilliant as hosts. Everything about the B and B is great and it was so relaxing and peaceful looking out over the garden. Both my wife and I felt that it was a perfect weekend away and Fiona and Steve provided the most amazing breakfast.   I stayed for a night with my mum. The wonderful hosts greeted us on arrival and carried our bags to our studio appartment. Service and amenities were excellent and very well maintained. I could not reccomend it more. - Paul is super helpful in coming up with ideas of things to do and see in Melbourne, really listening to your needs - Location really good for Southern Cross station (and skybus from airport) - beautifully decorated rooms and public areas - p... what people say » rivate bathroom (separate from room) not at all an issue - really high standard facilities and nice warm fluffy bathrobes to cross the corridor in! - - You were made to feel welcome by Paul before you even arrived: welcome emails, help needed accommodated, bookings made for wine trips etc. It was more like staying in someone's home - warm, cosy, large and lovely. Everything was a surprise in terms of comfort and size plus the guest lounge which was fully stocked with bar, sundries, magazines, dvds etc - just the lovliest b&b.

  Had only one night but could of stayed longer if had the time. Room lovely, huge bed very comfortable and made up beautifully. Bathroom just Devine loved all they did on the design.
