Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett. Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

Counter staff were warm and friendly and catered to my every request..nothing was too much trouble for them. Holiday Inn should be very proud of their staff. The diningroom staff were the same.   After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations.
