  Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country people who don't know melb. - Staff were extremely helpful, nothing w... what people say » as a problem and they responded to all questions and requests quite promptly. It was great being right on the tram line and able to get anywhere in the city so quickly. Very quiet and peaceful, especially considering being right in the city.

  Good Size room Basic but comfortable Pricing was OK Allowed to check in early so we could then head out for a day at Soveriegn Hill refreshed . - Close to the city and main attractions. Plenty of space in the room and the beds were really comfortable.

  The owners of the hotel were very delightful and friendly to talk to. My partner and I booked the wrong room and they were happy to move us. They always were smiling and we brought our own pillows and when they made our bed the next day they uses our pillows instead of there'S. Which I just thought was very nice and I wasn't expecting them to actu... what people say » ally make the bed. The rooms are very spacious and the owners made our trip that extra bit special so thank you for that. The next time we stay there - Thia was a friendly place in a very quiet residential location, close to, but not in the centre of the town. I had a lovely morning walk round watching birds such as galahs & honeyeaters. Some people might prefer to be on the sea front, But Appollo bay is a very small place, so it doesn;t make much difference, particularly if you have a car.

  The place is great. Despite being a small hotel on top of a bar, it's clean, quiet and comfy. Also, they make awesome pizza, the beer is great and hey, it's a room on top of the bar! You don't need to go nowhere! And don't listen people saying that it's noisy. It's not. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the bar closes at 10. Had really good time in there! - The service people were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and supplied all our needs. We had dinner in the Hotel and the food was delicious . I would recommend this hotel to friends and we will stay again next time we need to visit the Eye and Ear Hospital.
