Quite a basic apartment but great location opposite the sea. Good large sittingroom. Off street parking and nice small swimming pool. Shame the Wi-Fi didn't reach the apartment. Nice compact little apartment with everything you would need for a self contained stay (beach towels and laundry facilities in the room) Perfect location with covered parking.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with everything needed for a family holiday. Beautiful location looking right over 4 mile beach. Location to beach. Close walk to main street shopping and restaurants. It was as bit tired, but who cares it had everything you wanted in the apartment, things kept falling off like toilet roll keeper,towel rail, but they came immediately to put back on first names with the maintenance man views to die for. I would go again and stay there. Position to beach and shops and for trips to the rainforest. and Wildlife Habitat. Location good. Close to patrolled beach and town. The location. Kitchen facilities were extremely basic not even a cafetier. Cupboards smelt really musty and had to wash everything before we used it. I'm really not at all fussy about hygiene but even I wouldn't eat off them. The whole place felt like no one had stayed there for ages. It's a shame as it could be really lovely. After a day it felt better. air con couldn't quite keep up with the heat, and the toilet had a slow leak. There was a mix up with the number of apartments we paid for. They were very apologetic but being school holiday time they could not get one of our party an apartment at the complex for the first night. They did find alternative accommodation and gave us complementary drinks in way of an apology. no oven for baking. Front sliding door when locked cannot open from outside with key so must go thru the back to get to beach. Bathroom and bedroom windows not secure and easy to open as no lock or security grill on windows. Sofa ok but could change to more comfortable 3 or 4 seater. Bathroom was a little small. Our room had no lampshades on the bedside lamps and the remote for the tv was missing. The beach front terrace was great to stay at, the staff was great in helping get into my room as booking .com did not pass on my booking until the next morning, I had to get hold of sceruity to get hold of the manager to be able to give us a room well 2 rooms as there was 8 of us some young kids. The manager was great even up graded us. The place and locaction was great would stay there again but with them not booking .com. As I said not a lot you can say, always polite, you only have to ask.and compensated in a small way with not paying for safe or for printing things for you. The equipment had not been checked. We were a group of 4 adults and there were only 3 chairs for the table inside and 3 chairs to sit on outside. The washing machine was broken and a double socket in the twin bed room was not secured to the wall. Place was very dirty when we arrived. Floors not clean - a lot of dust, sand and hair everywhere. Floor or shower recess ingrained with dirt. Plastic bottle full of cigarette butts on balcony. Smoke alarm went off when we were using dryer on lower heat. The unit was tiny, not adequately air conditioned. Actually, there were lots of things we didn't like. Suffice it to say that it was grossly overpriced and grossly overated star wise!!! We moved out the next day, into a MUCH nicer unit for less money.
