1. Best location in Port Douglas in my opinion. Hard to appreciate on the map but right on beach and close to main restaurant and shopping row. 2. Included breakfasts 3. Knowledgeable efficient staff helped with arrangements for daytrips, snorkeling, etc. 4. Laundry right outside the door. 5. Fridge and kitchen facility for breakfast, snacks, lunches 6. Great restaurant - draws many offsite guests as well.

The staff were friendly and gave a full tour/explanation of the facilities and took us to our room on arrival. Food and drink available to order by the pool which made for a great relaxing stay. Awesome breakfast included. Love the no under 16yo rule and will be back. This hotel is located in the prime position in Port Douglas. The breakfast in the morning is a bonus as were the towels and washing facilities. The staff were happy to answer questions. A private balcony and excellent air conditioning were also advantages. Loved the thoughtfulness of the staff in managing a late arrival, it really set up the stay for success. Location is superb, right on the each and easy walk to the shops - and just 15 mins walk to marina. Pool is lovely and suites have everything you need. Small enough so that the staff made you feel special. Servicing of rooms extremely efficient. Restaurant very enjoyable and excellent food and so pleasant opposite the lovely 4-mile beach. We really liked the location and the room was excellent. Service Location Staff Restaurant. Staff and location. Slow frustrating internet access, balky, didn't run one full day; wouldn't allow both of us to access at same time - needed 15 minutes down between alternate outlets. Nowhere really to sit for a pre dinner drink. Price. Price does not reflect what you get.
