The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Receptionist was so good at her job I advised the owner to ensure they strive to retain her as a member of staff. It was a very good stroll to the city centre if you enjoy a walk otherwise the free bus service was available at the front entrance.

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. I liked the simplicity of the hotel. Not fancy but simple, clean and comfortable and excellent value for money comparing it to the expense of many other good quality hotels in Perth.

Little noisy the first night, I would think from people coming off flights. The other two nights were quiet and allowed for a great sleep.
the front parking lot is a bit small hard to get out of if you have a large car.
Nothing I didn't like about the hotel. But Perth's public transport leaves a lot to be desired. Free CAT buses at hotel very helpful but really only run in business hours. If you want to get to somewhere off the tourist trail (like the Athletics Stadium) it can be tricky.
Bathroom - toilet too close to vanity basin.
The bathroom was a bit small with nowhere to put clothes or toiletries.
There are no elevators. Not suitable for the aged and handicap disabled.

The hotel is situated opposite Princess Margaret Hospital and close to the businesses and medical practices of West Perth & Subiaco. From the hotel it is only a short walk to Kings Park, Subiaco, Leederville & Subiaco Oval or a free Yellow Cat Bus ride from outside the hotel to the City Centre, Shopping District, CBD and Convention Centre. Northbridge is only a few minutes by taxi or a free trip from nearby City West train station.
