Close to everything, clean self contained units, very affordable. Even though they looked abit weathered from the outside, the one I stayed in was clean, well maintained. I recommend it to those on a budget and with families. Excellent value !. had all facilities you would want ie self contained, off street parking, quite surroundings. next day discovered a deli where you milk etc within 5 mins walk café around corner.

Access to public transport. It has all, really all, you need in a no-frills accommodation. The free bus to the city is a bonus. Spacous,very comfortable,lovely hot shower,very clean.close to city,washing machine was a bonus. Very comfortable with all the required household needs. Very well catered for re public buses. Great for what you pay, by no means a 5 star but better value than anywhere else I've stayed. Fully sefl-contained, excellent shower, comfortable bed, spacious, easy free parking. Great kitchen. Quite a lot of space to move around, washing machine very handy and not far from free bus stop to town. Location was good with easy access to local shops and close to the city. None. single beds, could have map of area and where the nearest supermarket and eating areas are. a bit more tourist info. the one staff member ie cleaner I encountered had limited English. There was nothing to dislike at Apartments - basic but great value for money. 1. Eatery locations are bit far off. Carpet old and worn but clean. Key did not initially work. Hot water was not hot enough to do dishes, needed to boil extra water. Wouldn't recommend anyone with children, stairs looked very dangerous for them. room was quite bright at night due to light coming in from the outside corridor. Busy surrounding streets during peak hour. The lightbulb blew when I turned it on, luckily I did not get hurt. I also had to cook which I never do. Would have liked to have seen someone on reception to answer any queries one had. walls are thin, can hear what everyone in the building is doing. No Reception at the appartments so check in is a little bit untidy. Washing machine didn't wash clothes at all, just soaked (full cycle lasts just for 7-10 mins). Smell of fish or smth rotten inside. Had to buy air-freshener. If you don't have a car the location may be a little out of the ways. But it wasn't a problem for us!. Single bed when all the pictures indicated queen. It would be nice to know at the time I book that I was expected to clean before I left. This came in a later email. Unit 2 needs a new bed. old and sinking. Could be cleaned better. Things like range hood all greasy. Close drier would be nice. Outside lights at night light up inside unit way to bright. No staff at site, changed our room and not notified, phone calls to find out whats happening. Steps up to flat cooker oven and grill didn't work/no instructions phone didn't work for incoming calls photo on net somewhat misleading, apartment block not as modern as it looks. Apartment had aspects that needed repair, but until I reported the problems the managers of the property where unaware of the issues. To their credit they organised repair quickly for following tenants. Could use a clothes dryer. I did not like the fact there was no reception, so any problems I had no idea how to let anyone know. No wifi - was an issue, as no reception, wifi would be useful for tips on what to do etc. I stayed for two weeks - and over this time the room was not cleaned. And the cleaners oftens strolled in without knocking, and disappeared once they saw me. Which I found very odd. No reception, lack of convenience shops and eateries within walking distance. The aircon and heater did not work. I complained but no one took any notice. Perth was cold and windy, I stayed for 17 days with no heating and on one did anything about it even after I complained. No reception on site. Bloody disgrace. Exterior needs some work. First impression was a letdown. There was a fair bit of mould around the place. We were asked to clean up the whole place including vacuuming or face a $150 fee. Uncomfortable bed. The only good thing is the location.
