I have already sent a message to the property but I will also express my thanks here We had to cut our stay short by one night due to my brother dying and the property very kindly agreed to refund the last nights fee which we were very grateful for I will be recommending them to all our friends and will be staying there again ourselves

It's was close to all, the unit was quiet and in a good location, the unit had all we needed. Staff were friendly. The gym was A one and the pool was great to unwind after all the walking. I have recommended this shortstay to F & R had a wonderful time, oh and you had food works and bottleshop right next door also very handy.
Jay - Team Leader was fantastic. Our booking was messed up and Jay went
all out to ensure we were accomodated as best as possible even though we
had to move twice after checking in. Jay should be commended for her
customer service. Loved the location and the view in the first apartment
we were moved to. The beds were comfortable.
Great location and amazing views from 31st floor apartment. Apartment has everything you need and handy to have food market right underneath. Within walking distance to casino, southbank promenade and city centre. Very helpful staff also.
The apartment was very tidy and self contained with detergent and washing powder all included. We were given an apartment at higher level and the view was great..Had a great time in there! Will definitely come back!.

The location was perfect for our trip with access to the casino,
shopping and restaurants was fantastic. Having two 15 yo girls it was
great having the upgrade to 2 bathrooms - thanks.
We loved the modern apartment with all the extras- hairdryer, iron, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc that a motel room just doesn't have and it had awesome views!!.

The position of the apartments, plus having 3 bedrooms is a bonus for us. Fully equipped kitchen is also a bonus.

The cleaners need to up there game, the tiles around the toilet seat was missed, the blanket were stained not a good look, behind the bedside table the dust was missed and inside the lampshades, invest in a good room spray as I had to get glen20 to get to ciggerete smell out of the unit, the cleaners just clean to the naked eye and that's not good. Especially if your staying in units for a short stay, reception was helpful but it took fir ever to get the bed linen sorted.
The fact that our booking was messed up. We booked well in advance and
then upgraded but was disappointed to find we did not have the apartment
we expected. In the end we had to move to the older less impressive
building across the street. While this apartment was bigger it was tired
and had a smell about it. We had to get the ac attended to and the tv.
The balconies in both apartments were dirty.
The check out was a bit clumsy but that was only because we had to leave at 5 in the morning :) nth to complain abou.
Only having a 2 seater lounge with 2 chairs was not very comfortable,
our girls ended up spending most of their time sitting on the floor,
another lounge would have been much more cosy.

Wi Fi access for a Ipad or Iphone was inconsistent and expensive, which
caused me business issues as some days I couldn't get a signal at
all, help desk didn't call back until 3.30 pm after the call was
logged at 8.30 am!
Local shop 5 mins away has a computer for $3 per hour.

Smoke detector too sensitive. Alarm went on when cooking steaks in the apartment. Maybe a stronger ventilation might help.
That when there were people smoking out on the common verandahs on level 8 , cigarette smoke vented in through the airconditioning into the unit , forcing us to keep turning off the airconditioner

I am not sure whose responsabilities it is to empty the ashtrays on these communal outside areas , but it is a bad look , having a bowl of cigarettes left on the table .
Washing machine lint catcher broken
Had not been cleaned for some time.
Windows didn't seal properly so ambiant noise quite loud (traffic & sirens) even though we were on 9th floor.
Didn't like not having concierge liaise with accommodation provider - everything had to be done in person across the road (quite a busy road to cross) which was inconvenient.
The concierge a little stand offish, we asked several questions at different times of our visit when the main office was closed, and got yes/no answers.
We had to go to their office to check in and out which is across the road. It would have been handy if we could have checked in and out in the reception specially when you have luggages.

Booked a 3 bedroom and was given a 2 bedroom.. original bookiing was for 5 single women attending a conference. Caught it at the last moment and got a 3 bedroom for 4 single women as it turned out. Felt the price was in line with a 3 bedroom apartment and hadnt noticed the change. Thanks for the correction.

The noise of the traffic was terrible. We couldn't get to sleep.

Reception staff at apartment entrance bit rude.
The fact that when we booked there was an 'apparent' glitch in the system which allowed us to book 2 nights. When we went to re-book another couple of weekends on checking out, we were told it is a 3 night minimum. Very disappointing as we had another 5 bookings for the remainder of the year and would have referred friends and family, and used for future business trips.
