The apartment was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, quite spacious one with large windows overlooking the surrounding area. Laundry facilities were incorporated into the main bathroom. There was a heated swimming pool & small gym in the apartment building. The building also has a number of lifts.
That everything needed was provided for, eg washing machine, washing powder, dryer, dishwasher, remotes, balcony, gym, swimming pool. all reviews

Amazing view from apt. 2600 and I could walk or catch the free tram to
just about anywhere I needed to go in downtown Melbourne. Just a short
stroll to the Crown complex and all the eateries and pubs along the
Yarra in Southbank. Iga Express for groceries virtually next door.
Staff found us an upgraded apartment within the same block that was double-glazed and had decent blinds (still no drapes). This was quite comfortable and had good views.
Position south of the city.

The bedrooms were poorly serviced by the heating/air-conditioning. The front door didn't automatically lock & if locked from the outside could not be unlocked from the inside without a key. This is very dangerous as the person locked in the apartment could not get out if an emergency occurred. Internet is an extra cost.
Our room could hv bn abit cleaner, around the base of the shower needed more attention.

Shower very slimy and needed a clean.
Phone and internet not working when I arrived, and this took a while to
fix. Found a used tissue under the bed skirt. Some corners could use a
bit of extra attention.
First apartment wasn't double-glazed so very noisy and had no drapes (only venetian blinds) so let the light in. It also reeked of deodoriser. We got very little sleep and complained to staff the next morning.
Not serviced for three days.
Shower lacks pressure.
Air conditioner causes drafts and does not reach debroom.
Needing to pay for the internet! .
An apartment like this should have permanent wifi with a single password in order to have one or more devices to be used with minimal fuss and at no extra delay or cost.Instead the late check-in caused issues the offices due to limited openings hours could not resolve before my arrival.
Carpet in appartment stained. Lounge suite tired and uncomfortable.
