I had made an error with my booking and due to this we were put in one of their other apartments on Malthouse Lane. It was very noisy and when I complained the staff didn't hesitate but move us to another apartment in the main building. Great service and we ended up staying there all weekend. It was spacious and very quiet and we had everything we needed to make a great weekend. The Adina is fabulously located close to everything in inner city Melbourne - you are only 5 minutes away from gre.

Beds really comfortable, bedrooms overlooking Flinders Street a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper but the view made it all worthwhile! Our friends bedroom had no view and they said it was very quiet. Great location for MCG and anything on the free tram. IGA express next door was very handy. Thank you for making our stay in Melbourne so memorable and special!. The staff were amazing. We had a few issues with train noise with the apartment and they moved us immediately to the apartment next door which although only a little back resolved the matter. The apartment (1 bedroom premier) was amazing. Very spacious and well appointed and spotless. Cannot applaud all the wonderful staff enough all of whom were friendly, helpful and bent over backwards to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Very spacious everywhere but the bedroom but this didn't really matter - the contrast was very noticable though. Kitchen and washing facilities good. FANTASTIC view over the Yarra River and gardens which was a lovely bonus. Location to shopping, transport and everything we needed was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Staff helpful. Next door to an excellent IGA store. Very spacious and modern apartments. Loved having a 2nd bathroom. Great views from the windows and balcony. No shower caps or shower body lotion supplied only shampoo and conditioner, seemed a bit stingy. Just a wee bit tired,carpets and walls marked in places and some areas not so clean. The pillows. They were flat and there was only 2 per queen bed. We used the cushions on the lounge. Small issue though... The warehouse apartment we were in was very noisy due to the bar directly under us. winter weather!. No breakfast menu on the room service. Not a guarantee that there would be a parking bay available - "first come, best dressed". Felt pressured to get into the city ASAP. We seemed to wait a long time for the lifts. It was on a noisy road opposite station and even on the top floor , the noise at night was pretty bad. I would recommend high floor rooms and without a view , i.e. on the side , in order to get more peace and quiet . Found a pair of slippers from previous patrons under main bed, bit unsure of proper cleaning. Not a lot of natural light in the unit we stayed in, plenty of lighting but I do like some sunshine. One other very small thing is that the bed pillow are very high or flat, so if you slept with both you were too high or the smaller one was too flat. But all in all a great stay and we will be back as the location is great. The balcony of our apartment was sorrounded by concrete walls but still had not a bad view over the Yarra & government house. I didn't like that the unit was not very clean. Regarding the question on our status in question 1, we do not fall under those categories. We were mother and two adult daughters. The lift was a bit bouncy not great for vertigo suffers, the power kept shutting off too (not a bother just flicked it back on though) also need to add more blankets to rooms for cold nights. Parking system needs to be better set up. The cost of the parking was a little expensive. I think that it should of been more adfordable...we needed a car as we needed our transport for my mum as is disable. TV cut in and out but no big deal as we didn't stay in our room that much. Even though it was a beautiful room it was very expensive. Bed seemed to be made of two mattresses with a split down the middle.. Had to avoid sleeping in the centre of the bed. A bit overpriced, had to pay 1.5% extra one credit card use. Charge for internet access from the room was outrageous. there was a small balcony off the bedroom but there was no door access which was a shame. Wi-fi coverage good but at $22 per day, thought the cost a little steep. There was building work going on next to the Hotel. Nothing. Trains and traffic very noisy. No free wifi. No pool or sauna but probably typical due to high, city real-estate costs. the guys on the construction site next door looking in on us. I thought the charges for parking were too high. They were higher than a number of other parking areas in the city and this did not encourage the type of break we were having. Noise from trains, even on 9th floor. I would have liked am eleven o'clock check out. Construction noises going off next door early Sat morning! Balcony views interrupted with scaffolding but wasn't too concerned, although would have been nice to have been told upfront. there was nothing that we "didn't like" but the cleaning could have been better.
