  The location was great, close enough to walk in to Margaret River centre and good location for exploring the region. A great Apartment was roomy and lovely and clean with plenty of equipment to cook with.I didn't come in to contact with staff until check out as we arrived late in the evening. But what I experienced was good quality - Apartment wa... what people say » s very well appointed with thoughtful facilities such a washing machine, dryer and even a dishwasher. Above all else, it was very clean and family friendly !! My family was thrilled at the accommodation which was second to none considering the 4 other locations we stayed in WA (including Perth City).

  My husband and I recently stayed at Margarets Forest for a weekend and can easily say it was one of the most enjoyable weekends we've ever experienced in a warm and serene hotel. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by a lovely young lady very helpful and was of great assistance if we wanted to tour Margaret River .Our room was very clean comfo... what people say » rtable,quiet and had all the necessities been a self catering hotel.2 minute walk into town which was great. Happily to recommend and will book ag - very nice place, very helpful girls at the receptions. Good value for money considering the price around Margaret river! We had the two bedrooms apartment. It was on two floors with bedrooms on the second one. the two bedrooms are not adjacent, that was good for a little bit of privacy. Two separate toilets and one bathroom with a shower and a spa.

  An excellent hotel in perfect location to visit the region. Lived up to expectations in all respects. The staff responded very acceptably to an irreversible booking cock up they fully accepted was their responsibility and very adequate recompense made. You must book the rooms at the back of the property, not overlooking car park and road. Very wi... what people say » de selection of restaurants closely available. - Absolutely everything - the accommodation at Heritage Trail Lodge was superb and set in the most amazing garden. It was close to restaurants and shops and walking trails. The customer service by staff was excellent and the breakfasts that showcased local produce were top class. Although situated on the main road there was no disruption to sleep from traffic noise.
