  We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. Its walking distance to restaurants, where we had a lovely Italian meal. As we didn't leave Brisbane until after lunch the management were very obliging in allowing us to leave our cases whilst we walked to the shopping centre to fill in some time.   I booked a Double room, breakfast included and we were pleasantly suprised to find we were upgraded to a Delux Queen with spa bath, this was a real treat for us. On checking in I was told the breakfast is only a continental but when I said that should have been stated on the booking they upgraded our breakfast to full which we enjoyed. As our trip was for medical purposes we found the location close to the Royal Brisb - The very helpful obliging staff, the room was comfortable,and clean, and the spa was very relaxing!! Breakfast was delicious and the room service was prompt........ There is no where to write anything on this page, so i will just say i dont think that we are much of a help to you and the survey as our stay was not for pleasure, so we didnt get to explore Brisbane and therefore our answers are very restrictive. sorry!

I arrived very late into Brisbane that night, and staff organised access to my room, even though the reception facility had closed well before my arrival.   We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartments - wonderful, with everything a family required. Having access to two balconies, and two ensuites reduced 'traffic congestion' when other family members came to visit.
