  We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though it was close to the breakfast room.   I booked a Double room, breakfast included and we were pleasantly suprised to find we were upgraded to a Delux Queen with spa bath, this was a real treat for us. On checking in I was told the breakfast is only a continental but when I said that should have been stated on the booking they upgraded our breakfast to full which we enjoyed. As our trip was for medical purposes we found the location close to the Royal Brisb - The very helpful obliging staff, the room was comfortable,and clean, and the spa was very relaxing!! Breakfast was delicious and the room service was prompt........ There is no where to write anything on this page, so i will just say i dont think that we are much of a help to you and the survey as our stay was not for pleasure, so we didnt get to explore Brisbane and therefore our answers are very restrictive. sorry!

  We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartments - wonderful, with everything a family required. Having access to two balconies, and two ensuites reduced 'traffic congestion' when other family members came to visit. We were close to an Italian Restaurant, Chinese and Thai, and MacDonalds - all within a couple of blocks - and just around the corner fr... what people say » om a huge shopping centre. A perfect location. We may be making this an annual event. Thank you - The staff were excellent. Friendly and not rude. The room was nice. Well furnished and very clean.
