we were there for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was nothing to want in the way of cookware, kitchenware etc. and our travelling picnic basket was never used as it was all in house. We went there for relaxation and thats what we got.. We went for a weekend of doing nothing. We ate relaxed and rested in our room. We did eat in the restaurant and that was fantastic.

Facilities in the rooms was very good. Loved our apartment (207) really enjoyed the facilities and onsite food choices. Everything! Felt like a millionaire. Extremely luxurious at a reasonable rate. We stayed in the best room I have ever stayed in. It was faultless. The resort restaurant.good value meals and drinks friendly staff. View and general outlook of the room. Location was great. View was nice. Across the road from the beach and pier. Good position for our purpose. Spacious and well appointed. Room facilities. The accommodation layout. one night a group of noisy teens were shouting and yahooing on their balcony. It suddenly went very quiet and we never heard them again. I would guess they were moved on to another unfortunate hotel. I know it has to be done and öff season"is the most sensible time but the continual noise of drilling and electric sweepers didn't help to let us rest in the daytime hours. Hated the terrible card key things. had to get them reset which was annoying. Hated that it ended so soon. Cleanliness of rooms could have more attention to details. The movie channel did not operate and we were not offered any compensation for this. Lack of dining choices. Room was not cleaned. Revolting! There was still moist urine in front of toilet. Ants in the Kitchen area, and other peoples hairs on the floor. When reported to reception they said they would make a note and brushed me off. No offer to have it cleaned or reduce rate - nothing. Staff didn't care. Just not good enough and not close to 5 star. Cannot recommend at all. Better value and service elsewhere in area. Too dark in the kitchen /living area. Quite a few things not working and the entrance to the main bathroom is a trip hazard.Most things were fixed quickly. No blind/shutter on the window of the front spa bathroom. Bistro Meals ordinary & expensive. Eco friendly gone to far Lighting in apartments woeful, not much water coming out of the shower. The height of the cupboards and lack of facility to reach them. The cleanliness left something to be desired. Not enough surrounding facilities i.e. shops and restaurants.
