The check in process very friendly and helpful, the Bar, the restaurant, the food was great. The room was very comfortable. We were at this property for a funeral the check out staff asked us how it went and he said he was sorry, a nice touch. Excellent location, the views across the golf course were very pleasant. The young lady on reception was extremely helpful to allocate us a downstairs room as stairs can be a real problem to me.

Restaurant service & food was excellent. the service from the moment we arrived to the minute we left was exceptional. we would love to come back and use the day spar and just relax thankyou. Came with husband and 16month old daughter, Beautiful resort, staff were very warm and friendly , great price we would definately come back here. I had an excellent time this trip and the last time I stayed as well..Everyone was lovely and made me feel welcome. .Room was great also. .. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was good to Broadbeach/Robina. Lovely room overlooking golf course. Pool area was great. The restaurant had excellent meals. There was a wide variety to choose from. The fish was the best we have had anywhere and the sweet potato salad was just lovely. I had a massage too and it was heavenly. Free internet connection was appreciated. The restaurant was very good, good menu choices and quality of food excellent, staff friendly. Room rate was cheap. Well maintained . Room spacious and had everything we needed. Pool and jucuzzi would have liked to play outdoor chess but pieces not there. The wolepackabe. The mattress. Price. Not enough time to enjoy the resort. a minor point was not enough low seats/ tables around the bar. There was not much to dislike except that the room is in need of a renovation but was very clean. Some channels on TV had bad reception. Not enough time there. Had difficulty finding the car park from from our room at night. The menu at the restaurant was a little confusing. no listing of entree, main dessert etc. Wait staff were not up to spead with the menu and did not know which wines were unavailable. As a result we left and it was my husband's 60th birthday and we did not return to eat. The property placing a "pending" transaction on the account, that remained on the account for a week afterwards, for more than the accommodation charge, even though the accommodation was paid for at the time of the stay. Over priced condiments but overall very happy. everything was great. The 'asian guests' morning ritual of "hoiking & spitting" - seemed to be outside my balcony......!!!. I'm glad it did not rain much. Needed to walk to main building without shelter. food prices. No toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided; had to buy from hotel which were extremely expensive compared to supermarket prices. Was a bit out of the way if you didn't have a car. Would be good to have a free hotel shuttle that took you to Burleigh or broadbeach. The surcharge over Easter was pretty high. They had run out of decaf coffee. . Receptionist on checkin was playing on mobile phone throughout checkin us in and shirt had grease stains down shirt. Bathroom had squatted dead flies over ceiling and down wall, dead squatted flies over pillows and bed linen. Was moved rooms and 2nd room was much better. Resort is old and showing its age. Tried to get breakfast at the resort but due to the numerous Asian tourists pushing and shoving decided to give brekkie at the resort a miss. Net curtains had blood in centre in full view where you open then and views stunning from room but windows brown dirty spoilt view only two cups when we paid for three people over rated for price i paid. when checking in we were not told about the hold on credit card and how much it would be. Rude, unhelpful staff- numerous. overall design, noises, views, old style, old furnitures. Nothing.
