Clean & tidy for a budget motel. Location was good, close to shops, club & beach. Beds were very comfortable Shower looked new Reception was open all hours. Location. Plenty of parking. Cheap and cheerful. 10 mins walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre, lots of restaurants within 10 mins walk, quiet even though its on GCH. Private and clean. Double glazing was very good.
