Clean & tidy for a budget motel. Location was good, close to shops, club & beach.

Lock on our room needed replacing & shower curtain feel down.
You can get better coffee in a sachet for only a couple of
dollars extra.
Too expensive compared to other hotels in the area and up the coast.
Needs a bit of updating. Some shoddy alterations were obvious. Bathroom facilities could be improved ( vanity and sink outside the bathroom.
I'm not sure that the sheets were clean - it felt like sand.
lots no phone. toaster break menu. television hard to operate radio.or clock.bed on wheels moving every where.
The dispensers in the shower did not work.
room is very dirty, not vaccumed the sink is dirty, it was not cleaned before we check in... the curtain is not properly fit..
disgusting.. not go back there again.
No shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hairdryer that terriber for me and I only paid $120 to get just SOAP.

Rundown !!!.
The manager was drunk when we arrived at 4.30 pm we didn't get the room we booked. He had no idea what was going on. I didn't appreciate the dead cockroach and hair in the shower This is a very old and dated motel for the gold coast and is nothing like is advertised on your Web site.
