  Majority of staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a cot for my 6 month old daughter upon booking the room and it wast forgotten about (most hotels forget this). Valet parking was excellent and staff were available and helpful when i needed an extra hand to put pram and baby in the car. Very comfortable and felt welcome. We will return if we... what people say » ever go back to darwin for a holiday. - Reception made us feel very welcome and accommodated our afternoon flight with a 1pm check out. The bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the cold water in our vehicle when we collected it each day. Loved the art in the foyer.
