  As a frequent business traveller there were many features I really liked. The size of the room, it's fit out with comfortable bed, chair and table to work on. I liked that there was a balcony and it was quiet. The Airport Tavern is located about 20 m away through a gate and I was impressed with the standard of clientele , food and atmosphere there... what people say » . Will definitely stay again. - This motel is positioned close to the airport and offers a free shuttle (on call). Staff are friendly and helpful, and organised a 4 a.m. wake up call and a 5 a.m. ride to the airport for us.

  My husband & I plus our 24 year old daughter stayed at Palms Motel for 2 nights while attending a family wedding in Darwin. We had a family room which was very spacious and very clean. The aircon was reasonably quiet and very efficient. The beds were extremely comfortable too. It was quiet and in a great location close to everything. We weren't disappointed by The Palms as it doesn't misreprese - Our stay at Palms motel was very nice. The owners were nice as well as the cleaners. We booked a triple room even though there were four of us and just said the 2 little ones could double up on the single bed but when we checked in to the motel they had put an extra bed in the room for us at no extra cost, that was very nice and appreciated :) We would most de

  The staff were so friendly the cleaners had the place spotless fresh towels everyday, the room was spotless with a kitchen which was perfect with everything u needed provided, air con was great beds were spotless and very comfortable good tv in room the manager made us feel welcome homely and couldn't do enough for us to insure we had a great stay... what people say » she really went above and beyond! The pool was so clean with a great BBQ area the palm trees made it feel very relaxing, the value for money was amaz - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They suggested great day trips and things to do around town. The setting of the lodge, despite being right on the road, is very quiet with beautiful palm trees blocking the sounds of the street. Despite being a little out of town - 10min walk, the location is perfect for the Mindil Beach markets and sunsets, while allowing you to walk to the city and escape back to the lodge for some peace and quiet.
