Thank you :). Fridge needs updating More kitchen appliances, pots, pans, containers etc. needed Doona covers stained Outdoor setting needs updating Some of the beds could do with updating. Rooms, although comfortable and well furnished, needed some maintenance. (eg exhaust fans in bathrooms did not work). Little bit noisy outside that travelled to 14th floor at night when trying to sleep. The unit and common areas needed some maintenance. The carpet was badly stained and some of the doors wouldn't close. Not much, I'd be nit picking. The water in the pool was always very warm. No complaints. The heat was very unfomfortable At Times. Nothing. The drainage from the basin in the bathroom and on suite could be cleaned better( remove the black sludge with some ajiax and/or bleach). I told the manager on 20/10/2012. Nothing. Thought it was all paid for before we arrived, like with other websites, but it wasn't. The lack of a restaurant. Very hot waiting for the lift. The apartment was meant to have been recently renovated but it still looked a bit grotty and in need of minor maintenance. Free wifi would be good for the price. The TV in the lounge didn't have a HDMI in plug for watching movies from our laptop however the newer one in the bedroom did. Overall it was ok, the space, views and breeze made up for these issues. areas of apartment not properly cleaned - oven dishes, cupboards,, under beds lift broke down, we had to carry luggage down 5 flights electricity failed for 16 hours, we had to move apartments. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working took 2 days to repair, the carpet in main bedroom was wet from leaking on air conditioner, bucket placed to catch water in. All curtains in living room fell down leaving us with an extremely hot apartment. Dirty - poor cleaning, all ceiling fans caked in dust, mildew in main bathroom. Inflexible with changing room setup to cater for 2 couples by moving 2 single beds to make queen sized bed instead - would make a huge difference!. old furniture. stains on the lounge, water on the tiles from a flooded laundry when arriving in room. Receptionist not very friendly Reported toilet leaking and then were unable to use for the rest of our stay - we chose the marrakai because there were 5 of us and we needed 2 bathrooms so that was pointless. Also there was no mention of it or an apology, just a note on the toilet from the maintenance guy. Low ceiling fans dangerous No lock on balcony door We accidentally locked both sets of keys in one evening and no one answered emergency phone outside door it could have been disastrous some other tenants had to help us.
