Byron Springs is 5 minutes' drive, 20 minutes' walk or 10 minutes' bicycle ride into the town centre or Main Beach and 15 minutes' stroll through the Arakwal National Park to the Tea Tree Lake or the expansive Tallows Beach. It features an expansive deck to relax on and a magna-therapy pool.

The location and the way the house is decorated - simple and stylish - makes you feel relaxed and at home from the moment you walk in. It even smells good and is impeccably clean, plus includes breakfast and cooking facilities.
It's perfectly located away from the town in a residential oasis. The gardens are so lush and tropical, you don't hear the main road and can walk to the back beach- bit more rough and natural. It attracts a good crowd of like minded sorts. We had fun watching the Aust. all reviews
The rooms decor and the whole house was done like a lovely home setting. Room spacious and bed very comfortable. Great kitchen in which to cook our evening meal and very good continental breakfast provided (which is a rare bonus for the price and type of accomodation). Staff very friendly and grounds beautiful. Only a few mins drive to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it!.
The location was very convenient to the centre of Byron Bay yet located to avoid the noise and congestion of the centre. The grounds were very pleasant and the facilities within the building very good. The resident manager, Charlotte, was very nice and very helpfull, and couldn't do enough to be welcoming and friendly.
It was a very comfortable and clean place to stay. Just like being at a friend's home, that they have let you to stay in. There's nothing to do but relax and enjoy. The grounds and setting are lovely. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, as I needed to ring and confirm a few things.
Fabulous building, clean and crisp with beautiful decor, very tranquil. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was gorgeous and bed was extremely comfortable. Free fast wifi was great. Lovely breakfast of fruit toast, fruit, yogurt, juice included. Top marks for Byron Springs.
The double room with balcony was lovely, airy and bright and we enjoyed having the complimentary breakfast with fellow guests. Also, it is away from the town and close to the national park for walks. We would definitely recommend it.
I loved the fact we could use the bikes and cycle to the beach. It was a great way to get around. I also loved the set up of the place; it was really relaxing and extremely comfortable. Everyone was very helpful.
Peter and Charlotte and Dharma were all extremely accommodating, friendly, welcoming. We never felt uneasy and were made to feel and treat the house as our own. We could not recommend this highly enough!.
The guesthouse itself was very nice and the room was spacious and very comfortable. It was a little far into town but there were bicycles to use or you could take a leisurely stroll up the beach.

The soundproofing within the building did allow some noise into the accommodation. However, the soundproofing is related to the refurbished and renovated building and the limitations that a building of that age has-the charm of a building of that era cannot have all the amenities (including more effective soundproofing) of a modern building and therefore is part of the character and characteristic of the building.
Just that bit too far to walk into town, so you need a car or they have bicycles you can borrow.
It would be nice to have some other nice brands and kinds of teas, herbal teas, and coffee available. Just little extra special things that make so much difference.
It was a little bit too far to walk to the beach and town in the heat but at the same time it was nice and quiet as a result and not over run with schoolies.
Even though we were aware of the distance the walk into town was the only slight blemish on an other wise extremely enjoyable stay.

If a few of the other patrons respected the tranquility of the guesthouse, it would have been perfect. The list of requests could be displayed in a more clearer place perhaps. I inadvertently placed my suitcase over the list.

We arrived late, so understood that we weren't met by staff. But we
didn't really see any management throughout our whole stay, would
have been nice as we were looking for some directions / advice.

breakfast to be made for some reason, there was cereal but not
everyone eats cereal. There was a bear snoring in the next room, sound
travels a lot.

Well when I arrived there was not a person in sight.I Had an e mail from
them explaining room location. Went to look round and locked everything
in room then spent an hour trying to get into roomfaulty lock told to
take valuables with me and leave room unlocked !.
