The location and the way the house is decorated - simple and stylish - makes you feel relaxed and at home from the moment you walk in. It even smells good and is impeccably clean, plus includes breakfast and cooking facilities. It's perfectly located away from the town in a residential oasis. The gardens are so lush and tropical, you don't hear the main road and can walk to the back beach- bit more rough and natural. It attracts a good crowd of like minded sorts. We had fun watching the Aust.
所有评语 » The rooms decor and the whole house was done like a lovely home setting. Room spacious and bed very comfortable. Great kitchen in which to cook our evening meal and very good continental breakfast provided (which is a rare bonus for the price and type of accomodation). Staff very friendly and grounds beautiful. Only a few mins drive to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it!. The location was very convenient to the centre of Byron Bay yet located to avoid the noise and congestion of the centre. The grounds were very pleasant and the facilities within the building very good. The resident manager, Charlotte, was very nice and very helpfull, and couldn't do enough to be welcoming and friendly. It was a very comfortable and clean place to stay. Just like being at a friend's home, that they have let you to stay in. There's nothing to do but relax and enjoy. The grounds and setting are lovely. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, as I needed to ring and confirm a few things. Fabulous building, clean and crisp with beautiful decor, very tranquil. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was gorgeous and bed was extremely comfortable. Free fast wifi was great. Lovely breakfast of fruit toast, fruit, yogurt, juice included. Top marks for Byron Springs. The double room with balcony was lovely, airy and bright and we enjoyed having the complimentary breakfast with fellow guests. Also, it is away from the town and close to the national park for walks. We would definitely recommend it. I loved the fact we could use the bikes and cycle to the beach. It was a great way to get around. I also loved the set up of the place; it was really relaxing and extremely comfortable. Everyone was very helpful. Peter and Charlotte and Dharma were all extremely accommodating, friendly, welcoming. We never felt uneasy and were made to feel and treat the house as our own. We could not recommend this highly enough!. The guesthouse itself was very nice and the room was spacious and very comfortable. It was a little far into town but there were bicycles to use or you could take a leisurely stroll up the beach. Esthetism of the house, the decorations, the furnitures, the windthings at ceilings (ventilateurs !) Modernity of ensuites and shared bathroooms The "bush" so close to us with stranges birds. Free breakfast, all-day fruit basket with good selection, great kitchen facilities, use of bicycles, location just outside the busyness of central Byron - conveniently accessible by bicycle. Great decor giving a stylish,relaxed feel. Attention to detail in the quality of bedding & towels. The girls were helpful & pleasant. Communal bathrooms were always spotless. Byron springs has a lovely relaxed vibe, very clean and welcoming staff. Exactly what we were looking for, I would recommend this guesthouse to friends and would love to stay again. Beautiful surroundings, every comfort catered for, clean, modern, Close to everything but a feeling of being in the country. Free bikes. Everyone was friendly.. Highly recommended. the room was comfortable and cosy. linen was fresh and clean. the towels dried us admirably. The breakfast was good and not too fancy. Just right for the start of the day. all of it, it's beautiful, clean and cheap - great value for money. The owner Peter was a lovely host and invited me to join him for dinner. Could'nt recommend it enough. Excellent ambience, facilities and surroundings. Enjoyed the interaction with other guests while cooking and over the included breakfast. A pleasant change from motels. The owner took great care of me and gave me lifts into town. The environment is clean, fresh and very cosy. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept really well. Great size rooms, nice private balcony off room and large ensuite. Like the style of the building, intimate style, nice beachy feel and very close to Tallows beach. Beautiful, chic rooms and wonderful service. Our host, Peter, was really friendly and made my boyfriend and I feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!. It felt like a home like environment. My sister and I stayed for two nights and felt looked after. The host was lovely and friendly. I'm coming back soon . The freedom to check in anytime with key in the door. Friendly open atmosphere, large rooms with comfy bed and clean linen and modern bathrooms. Amazing place, relaxing, charming, comfortable. Very nice staff, they took care of us in the organization of bus/airport etc. Rich breakfast. Staff is very friendly. You could cook in the kitchen of the guesthouse, which was very nice. Decor, friendly staff and breakfast. Clean refurbished rooms. Location. everything...is beautiful!!. the graden and the house. Everything was great ;-). Can't think of anything, we loved it all!. The soundproofing within the building did allow some noise into the accommodation. However, the soundproofing is related to the refurbished and renovated building and the limitations that a building of that age has-the charm of a building of that era cannot have all the amenities (including more effective soundproofing) of a modern building and therefore is part of the character and characteristic of the building. Just that bit too far to walk into town, so you need a car or they have bicycles you can borrow. It would be nice to have some other nice brands and kinds of teas, herbal teas, and coffee available. Just little extra special things that make so much difference. It was a little bit too far to walk to the beach and town in the heat but at the same time it was nice and quiet as a result and not over run with schoolies. Even though we were aware of the distance the walk into town was the only slight blemish on an other wise extremely enjoyable stay. Bicycles could do with a tune-up... A hairdryer would have been nice. If a few of the other patrons respected the tranquility of the guesthouse, it would have been perfect. The list of requests could be displayed in a more clearer place perhaps. I inadvertently placed my suitcase over the list. A bit far from the town. Too few bicycles, some of them defectives. We arrived late, so understood that we weren't met by staff. But we didn't really see any management throughout our whole stay, would have been nice as we were looking for some directions / advice. Bathrooms small & lacking in toiletries (like a backpackers). Had a room next to the bathrooms and could hear everyone. Didn't mind that much. Nada. It was about a 20min walk into town which was fine for us because we only stayed one night. The bed rolled around a bit, but that is an easy fix. Noisy floor boards, but that was compensated by thier appearance. none. 2 single beds pushed together ? not that comfortable I expected breakfast to be made for some reason, there was cereal but not everyone eats cereal. There was a bear snoring in the next room, sound travels a lot. Shared bathrooms a bit far from rooms. The noise when others walked around but that is structural and can't be helped with the old house!. Some rooms need more light. A little bit far from the shore if U plan to surfing and don't have a car. Noisy guests crashing around in the early morning. Well when I arrived there was not a person in sight.I Had an e mail from them explaining room location. Went to look round and locked everything in room then spent an hour trying to get into roomfaulty lock told to take valuables with me and leave room unlocked !.
