We really loved the facilities, the lay out of the pavillion, it invited the outside in with all the glass windows and doors, fantastic having your very own pool to swim in, as I am 30 weeks pregnant I truly enjoyed the privacy and was able to relax. We also eloped at the Pearle as it was so beatutiful. The Management & Staff were all so friendly & exceptionally helpful they made us feel very welcome.
all reviews » It is just beautiful and I would highly recommend this place for couples or a group of couples just wanting to relax and unwind, this place is private and romantic and just gorgeous....I adored the private swimming pool! Last yr we stayed there as a part of a group of couples and again it was devine and we did not feel over crowded!. The pestle is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were good and the surrounds are absolutely beautiful, the pool area and the breakfast was excellent. Close to cable beach so fairly central with close public transport. I did try to upgrade on the day I arrived but obviously it's a very popular place as it was all booked out!!. We had a great stay and enjoyed the outdoor pool and breakfast included. The staff were friendly and the room was tidy, the bed is very comfortable and big. The rooms are private and hidden away behind beautiful palm trees that not only gave us privacy but shade for our little outdoor patio. We were lucky to be offered the Honeymoon Suite on arrived - best thing we did! Lovely private setting with a good sized pool and other extras!! Service was friendly and good and setting was just amazing!! Would definitely be back!. We stayed in a pavillion, which was very spacious and equiped with everything (apart from food). Privacy was assured, the gardens were beautiful. the staff were happy to help. It was hard to leave, we really enjoyed our holiday. Fabulous staff who were lovely and helpful at all times. Overall this is a beautiful resort. Very peaceful and well designed. I was expecting the pool to be enormous after seeing the photos but the real thing is still very good. Loved the location. Our two bedroom apartment with our own private pool was the most amazing sanctuary to come home to after a day out sight seeing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The layout was brillinant, luxurious and so well thought out. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway to Broome. Resort was clean, tidy and well kept. Had everything you needed in regards to cooking etc. Quiet, clean, good breakfast, nice pool and friendly staff. I thought the check in time was too late in the day, if you were only staying 1 night you are not even checked in for 24hours, that is an observation as there was nothing about the place itself I didn't like. Thete was nothing I didn't like but a suggestion that for breakfast maybe if you offered soy milk as gluten free muesli was on offer but no lactose free or soy milk. When we booked the room online it said we could add a cot/bed for a child. After we paid they called to say it was too small to fit into room. My son slept on the floor at night, the extra money we paid for cot etc.. was never returned. I believe we should have refunded as we never used it and were put out for the four nights we stayed. Wi-Fi didn't really work, although after a call to reception it was connected but not for long. Breakfast needed some savoury options (cold meat and/or cheese) and perhaps a sourdough bread too.... Locking the door behind me when we left. Instant coffee sachets on the continental breakfast buffet. At least they could have offered a decent plunger option. We had to pay $4 for each average espresso coffee. Also there is no food at the resort apart from breakfast but it is a pleasant walk to the Zoo restaurant, the best in Broome in my opinion. Loved everything. No negatives. no daily service for 3 paviliions. should have separate toilet to service 3 bedroom paviliions outside near BBQ area for guests visitors. interiors little shabby- need to make sure all furniture and interiors are refreshed( ie wicker backed chairs and lights broken, architrave in bathroom damaged , table very wobbly rooms 39 FYI. Longish walk to Cable Beach. about 1km walk round to cable beach,but you're ready for a swim when you get there!. Bed was a little too hard for our liking but this is just personal preference. pillows were too firm is my only complaint. 5 large cockroaches in the ktchen, lucky spray was provided and top pillow case was dirty in master bedroom. linen in the rest of the bed was clean though. Could not fault this property and recommending it to our friends already. Costly, and they try and charge you for everything they can, pool equipment (noodle, floaties etc), extra coffee pods, (as we stayed for 7 days, only had 4 days worth, they really should have supplied you with the quantity for stay for the cost of the hotel), cot and high chair hire. Rubbish collection was not done prior to our arrival and bins were completely full. When staying for a week or longer it is something that needs to be done. Unfortunate that the cafe does not provide lunches or dinners. nothing. Room not serviced daily for essentials towels etc Breakfast should start at 7.30. Did not like the fact that other guests parked in my private parking bay and the receptionist argued that there was little could be done about it. Very limited dining facilities. A better breakfast offering would be good. Breakfast started to late needs to be available from 7am. Internet didn't work properly only at pool area. Pity they don't serve sandwiches or snacks throughout the day as we had to leave the complex every time we wanted food. ...That we could not stay longer. No daily room cleaning, Not a full range of foxtel channels, No free WiFi. The cockroche in my bathroom. Nothing!. There needs to be more cafe/bar facilities by the pool. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Would have liked a change if towels every 3rd day. our electricity didn't work so missed morning cuppa- but that was just accidental. But bed definitely needs more comfort. Reception staff- very poor attitudes when it came to hiring motor bikes, taxis etc. Almost like an inconvenience to them. Car desired. Too far from each to walk. Nothing. Nothing in particular. No bar at the pool and no cooked breakfast. Well designed private pavilion but kitchen not stocked sufficiently with basic requirements. Pavilion was clean but windows not clean and there were a lot of windows. No service during a 5 night stay which is too long. The mudlark that attacked people whilst at breakfast. Seriously dangerous and something needs to be done. A warning to wear glasses and a hat is not enough. We stayed 5 nights and although our bed was made and bins emptied, fresh towels after a few days would have been nice and replacement body wash. It was so very grimy. Eg the bath room floors, ceiling fans had like black dust cultures growing on them, windows and bathroom shower screens were caked on with calcium. Small room, very hard uncomfortable bed, no car parking.
