Loved the upgrade - thankyou so much! The room was everything and more than we were expecting. Right from the moment we walked up to reception until check out, everything was first class. The grounds are so well kept, easy access to the beautiful Cable Beach, the pool area, spa facilities. You couldn't go wrong with staying here. Loved the villas with the outdooor eating area and garden,the outdoor showers were fantastic,the Villa was really clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens,the pool was a good size and very clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly.We would certainly stay there again.
all reviews » the accommodation was roomy and comfortable, though a bit dated. the swimming pool was a great place to relax around. very "bali" in its style. The day spa was the absolute highlight!!! I went back for seconds because the massage and facial was SO relaxing. privacy and facilities were excellent! I loved having my own sitting area outside as well as BBQ area and the outdoor shower was pretty awesome - even when a visiting green tree frog came over to say g'day!. Very spacious room. Wonderful outdoor shower. Lovely landscaping. The cafe is almost finished and will be a useful addition. Would happily choose this hotel again. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, awesome apartment, clean, comfortable beautiful garden setting, great swimming pool. Could have stayed forever!. Overall excellent feeling of the resort. Addition of restaurant etc, will further enhance this resort substantially. Excellent maintained lawns etc. The serenity and privacy of our studio room was amazing, comfortable and highly recommended. The day spa was dreamy and totally relaxing. We always like the Bali Hai. Staff are great beautiful accommodation and wonderful spa treatments.You are always looked after. it was very comfortable very quite area close to everything felt like you were in the tropics. The staff (sorry i didnt have her name) on duty in the day is extremely courteous and helpful. We were really impressed. Pls help me to thank her. Our stay at Bali Hai certainly been a great experience partly due to her professionalism. The absence of real coffee facilities on site!!! There were major renovation works at the site throughout our stay. Though the noise level was kept to a minimum, it was not nice to walk through a construction site whilst on a relaxing holiday. Pool hours were quite short, but then when I thought about my room's proximity to the room, I decided this was not a bad thing... Cafe construction noise close to the pool. unfortunately there was a little renovating happening while we were there it wasn't that we didn't like it, its just that it would have been nice to have it up and operating while we were there - but i guess we can enjoy that on our next visit. Building works going on, but we were moved away to the back of the complex away from the noise. A cafe is being built, which will be good - nice to be able to get a coffee and snacks. The fact that we had to leave to go home. Could have stayed a lot longer!. Renovations were inconvenient. Lack of comfort seating. Very poor lighting both natural and electrical. Hard to read when seated in the one seat. The steps down from the bedroom in the studio appartments and it was a little dark. Steps up to bedroom area very poorly lit at night. Hus band sprained angle as he fell down them. difficult to access to town without transport.
