We liked just about everything.....the air conditioning didn't quite reach the bedroom and the bedroom didn't open onto the balcony.....window only, not sliding door. Other than that everything was excellent and very well worth the stay. Very close walk to town - great location. Excellent value for money. Very helpful with booking tours. We will be back.

Nice equipped rooms, washer and dryer next to the room, pool area was not big but clean; view to the ocean;. Building is on higher ground and the apartments all have excellent views of Port Airlie Beach. Spacious, well air conditioned, great spa tub, close proximity (walking) to town. Pool is nice. Friendly staff, good location, Whitsunday Cruise staff and options, nice view. Great place to go stress free great staff we would go back next year. Friendly check in staff. View from room. Bath tub. The views are excellent, we enjoyed the pool and spa area and quietness from the Main Street. Staff were very courteous while staying there. Even though Main Street was cut off, due to roadworks, the friendliness and helpfulness of locals & people in general made our holiday more than enjoyable. I did not self cater but if I had then everything seemed to be provided.Easy walk to town and the new port area. View was awesome. Ashtrays available. Nice decor. We expected to be closer to the town, the walk was fine. The room where we stayed needs a refresh, e.g. steam clean carpet, bathroom tile regrout. No aircon in the bedroom but good ceiling fan circulation. could not fault our stay. Price was a bit high though this was a last minute booking so there was little to compare this with. reception closes too early, stayed there 6 nights and there was no cleaning. The lounge was broken and impossible to sit comfortably. N/A. It is a shame that the main street is closed to one way traffic, no parking, not that it worried us, but not helping the local businesses and I feel the whole atmosphere of the town has changed. A lot of the town needs a good clean and upgrade. Nothing. The unit was much smaller than was depicted in the photos online. Ver noisy, impossible to sleep in due to noise from other guests walking past door.the security flyscreen sliding door does not have a lock. I did not use airconditioner and left that door open during the nights so would have liked to have locked it. the bedroom I could not open window for fresh air - i think its meant to be securely shut. Not having security screens and didn't like leaving front door open when dryer was in use. Limited facilities. Everything could have done with a thorough clean including the spar bath and louvre cupboard doors. Only 4 channels on the TV. I would not rate ths as 4 star. It would be good if you could get breakfast at the resort, for people who do not self cater. Having said that there are a number of other places within a easy walk. Mattress uncomfortable air conditoning not available in bedroom. Unfriendly male (john). The fact that our booking was not in their system because it had gone to their spam folder. They should be checking that folder everyday. A bit dated in general , example spa bath was quite old- but worked OK. kitchen faciltiies were limited.Unit very small- but Ok . Room was a bit neglected Iron is very dirty Couch has had its days. Being woken by reception to vacate the room by 10am when I had negotiated a late check out. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was too small. The spa did not work properly. I was unable to get the shower to work properly. Small ants all over kitchen. Beds and sofas the worst i have ever experienced in any resort. The bed you could feel the springs and the sofa had bars sticking through the thin foam. No hot water with no explanation or excuse on last morning. not very comfortable for ongoing travel. TV reception terrible with picture fuzzy and blotchy. beds were uncomfortable. Would rate this hotel as 2 star not 4 as have to take own rubbish out room was not done for the 3 days there had to clean place up before leaving or get charged signs all over telling you what you could do and not .hello your a hotel thats what we pay good money to you for do your job.... The 3 days was my birthday gift to my daughter. Thought it was going to be luxurious & lovely. The room was 2m x 4m. The couch was at right angles to the tv and our view was into the hotel beside us. It was like being in a box for 3 days because it was so small & we couldn't open the curtains. A real disappointment & I will never go back. It was said to be the EXECUTIVE suite - I don't know one executive who would be happy with that room!!!!.
