The price is quite good, mostly due to not being in the heart of Airlie
Beach. The bus comes by every half hour so it's only a short ride
into town proper. The staff was very responsive to our request for extra
blankets and a heater as our first day or 2 there it was a bit chilly.
The mattresses were sponge, which I usually dislike but these were quite
comfy! The room was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. It's
right next to an iga supermarket, so that was lovely and saved us money

Absolutely everything! Felt like a queen - and treated like one too! Thank you Peter! Best accommodation I have stayed in in Queensland - and the cheapest as well. Also great location, quiet but still close enough to town to walk, (backpackers in Airlie are a nightmare, don't stay in heart of town!) also good supermarket just across the road with wonderful staff, bus stop right outside, and tavern across the other side of the road. Lovely pool situated amongst lush gardens. Highly recommend Man.

I liked everything about our stay, but must emphasise the beautiful gardens & pool that are looked after with so much love. The management & staff are so friendly & helpful that the stay is even more pleasant. The birds in the area make waking up in the morning a special event with their new songs, absolutely amazing. We were after peaceful place & we got much more than that. Absolutely amazing.
Wonderful place to stay if visiting Airlie Beach and great base for exploring the Whitsunday Islands!Apartments are extremely comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen facilities are excellent. Includes washing machine & dryer which was much appreciated mid way through our month long holiday!! Cannot recommend highly enough!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
We got a free upgrade to a pool facing one bedroom apartment. It was such a great room. Fitted kitchen with all utensils, washing machine, dryer, tv with cable, aircon, beautiful design, balcony, stairs down to the pool. The pool is great, with a bubble bath at one end and cockatoos flying around your head. Really we had a fantastic stay.
This was a supper little hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay. The couple running it was extremely helpful, couldn't do more to help, with loads of advice and kept us entertained. Our room had a beautiful view with a balcony backing onto the swimming pool (unheated sadly), and good cooking facilities. Definitely stay here!.
Really friendly staff, lovely room, great pool and view. Fantastic facilities, coffee and tea supplied along with big fridge, cooking equipment, microwave, hob, air con, huge tv, comfy bed, great shower. Great location with tavern across the road, IGA across the road for food as well.
The pool was very big and nice, reception was friendly, parking available, not in the centre of Airlie Beach but not too far out of the way - situated opposite supermarket and bottle shop. Good for a quieter stay. Film channel available on the tv. Balcony and lots of natural light.

It was just lovely. We had everything we needed, towels, soap, kitchen appliances, cups, tv, dishwasher, tv etc.

Location a bit out of town, but still a couple minute's ride with car.
A super facility--rooms very large,clean and fully equipped kitchen,and fairly close to he beach,restaurants and shops,and the of course the Whitsunday island cruises.
It's a very nice place to stay at. Upon arrival we were upgraded for
free into a bigger room and the facilities were so clean and
comfortable. The ac was so niiice.
It was our favourite place we love the pool and gardens which attracted any different kinds of bird. The beds are super comfotable and that's very important to me.
Size of room is very good, good shower and is approximately 25 minutes walk into town which isn't too bad as it is a nice walk (Bus stop nearby if required).

Clean apartment with excellent facilities.
Only downside was the wifi. It was free, which is very rare in Oz,
can't complain about that! But the range of the wifi was very
limited and you could only access it by sitting on a bench directly
outside the main office. It's clearly the wifi they use to run the
office, and could do with a boosting device or two to expand coverage to
the hotel proper.

It didn't bother us for a 2 night stay, but a room facing out to road obviously not as favourable as view towards inner garden and pool if you are staying longer.
Mango is on outskirts of town - a healthy walk or 5 mins by car, so away from the main street Backpacker action (pros and cons to this)!.
It's a bit far out from airlie beach, which is why it's affordable. This is no problem at all if you have a car or are willing to take taxis.
Everywhere was beautifully clean except the floor, my feet seemed to get quite dirty.
No oven.
Washing machine wasn't the easiest to use. Would have been nice to use wifi instead of a cable connection.
Rude owner, with an unacceptable sense of humour, but finally we got
from him all we wanted.

Little bit far out from airlie itself. Had to get a taxi. Only took a few minutes but walking would have taken about 25 minutes
However taxis didn't cost much and it was nice and quiet around our area.
The sounds from outside are easily heard in the room, birds awoke us early one morning. But this is not a big issue.
It is not necessarily a weak point and even if airlie beach is a small town, note the hotel is not at the centre of the city so you may need a car, or need to walk more than 15 minutes to go downtown. However tours do pick you up at the hotel, and the centre is only at a 5 minutes drive.
We Loved everything about it.
We didn't any where to cook.
Would have preferred fresh towels daily, rather than having to wash the hotel towels after a few days.
The only thing we didn't like was the wildlife Larry the Lizard and the tiny ants on the kitchen work top. But you have to expect things like that in that climate. I would stop there again, great value for money.
