  Very close to beach, and marina, shops, places to eat ( great variety to choose from) public transport. A supermarket and bakery were within a few minutes walk and there were lovely big parks across the road and at the side of the block. The pool and spa were great, warm without being too hot. Having a washing machine and dishwasher gave us even... what people say » more time to relax. Plenty of room and seating when friends came to visit. We were lucky enough to have a ocean view..bonus!! - great room, and very friendly staff -especially as letsbookhotel.com stuffed up the booking. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

  From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. The restaurant was first class - and even though I have a food ... what people say » intolerance issue the staff were sufficiently caring to ensure that I did not suffer any ill effects. - The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

  the staff were very friendly & helpful, the accommodation was excellent & very roomy & comfortable with everything available within the unit. The carpark facilities were excellent & very much appreciated as the unit is close to the cbd & we walked everywhere & therefore could leave the car at the car-park without having to ... what people say » worry about the security of our vehicle. I will be recommending this accommodation to my friends/family & will stay there again when coming to Ad - Lovely apartment with great views over the city and beyond (sky view apt). Excellent bed and whole apartment finished to a high standard. Great soundproofing for a nice quiet sleep. Easy access to car park, just down the lift. Garbage disposal also very handy. Walking distance to everything but slightly outside of highrises allowing a better view. Also quite easy to find your way home as hotel stands out on the skyline. Would recommend these apartments.

  We booked a two room deluxe apartment, as advised we called Kevin prior to arrival and asked if we could store baggage earlier than check in time. Kevin was most agreeable and organised to meet us there. Kevin arrived at the hotel on time was very courteous and welcoming. Close to all transport options just walk out the door one minute walk to tram - Centrally located, close to all transport and shopping, with exceptional view over the city from room 1402. Reception staff at desk downstairs excellent - full of helpful advice, and went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions. Room was modern and very comfortably furnished. Dipti met us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

  The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful! We had a lovely big spa bath as well, so nice to come back to the apartment and have a bubble bath and a glass of wine. There was initially a mix up with our rooms but the staff promptly provided a solution and even gave us late check-out, we were very impressed! - Very helpful and friendly staf... what people say » f. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with all amenities we required. Excellent location. Have visited Adelaide twice and stayed here both times. Would not stay anywhere else.
