  Everything was clean & tidy, you could tell they take pride in there Hotel. Our room was huge & comfortable (Executive Deluxe King Room). Our bed was very comfortable as were the huge pillows. The staff were very friendly & Gino stands out as a winner. You can see that his friendliness is genuine. Because of him w - My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

This hotel ticket all of the boxes. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroo - The position, right on Rundle Mall, good value for money, friendly helpful staff. When we arrived, by car, we followed the directions to find the hotel but they led us to a dead end street. One of the receptionists, on being alerted to the problem, immediately went to find the car and personally guided my husband to the car park. We were upgraded, without asking, to a spacious 'studio' room.
