  The Mansions is well located in the retail heart of Adelaide. the suite was a great size. the suite was at the building's rear so although the outlook is not great, it was very quiet. Having a kitchen is great for self catering.   Everything! This is our third stay at Granada, and I can't see why we would go elsewhere. On this occasion, we arrivedat 3am (due to an unforeseen delay), but were greeted within seconds by a friendly, cheerful staff member who made us feel right at home and even came outside in the rain to help us find a parking spot right outside our room.   I always stay at Jacksons in Adelaide. Its location just at the end of the freeway is very convenient for visitors driving in from Sydney or Melbourne or leaving for those places. The rooms are quite big and clean, while not luxurious. Except in peak hours, driving to other locations in Adelaide is quick and easy. - The staff were excellent. My husband received a business call that required a fax and the staff were more than obliging. For the money we paid the room was clean and had all we needed.   Great hostel with wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. The Wednesday night BBQ and killer pool competition was so much fun. I loved this hostel because of how nice and accommodating the overall atmosphere was.   I have read a lot of negative comments about the ambassadors hotel. If you are expecting the Hilton don't stay there. We found it very clean, comfortable & friendly. Great value for location.
