  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  Two aspects are exceptional in this hotel: the position in the center of Buenos Aires and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The position close to the obelisk makes lots of spots reachable by walking, all the subway lines quite close, and the view from the panoramic window on the very large 9 de Julio quite impressive, still with little... what people say » noise.   I really loved this hotel!!! Staff is very kind and the receptionists helped me in everything... My room was cleant once a day and the room I stayed (double) is very nice.. two bathrooms, two LCD screens on the wall.. the air really works.. lol. We really had support about every single thing about the city, the transportation, about places to go... what people say » .. It is a fantastic location to see the city from. Almost all the sights are within walking distance or use the metro/bus. It is also fantastic value for money.
