  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  Two aspects are exceptional in this hotel: the position in the center of Buenos Aires and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.   I really loved this hotel!!! Staff is very kind and the receptionists helped me in everything... My room was cleant once a day and the room I stayed (double) is very nice.. two bathrooms, two LCD screens on the wall.. the air really works.. lol. We really had support about every single thing about the city, the transportation, about places to go... co mówią ludzie » .. Overall this hotel was excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again when in Buenos Aires - Salles Hotel is located very near the Oblelisk on the main street in Buenos Aires. It is a fantastic location to see the city from. Almost all the sights are within walking distance or use the metro/bus. It is also fantastic value for money. The buffet breakfast that is included is very good also. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean.
