Huge room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The location is fabulous, just round the corner from the cemetery, the craft market and lots of restaurants. Staff were really helpful in printing off boarding passes for us. Rally good selection of food at breakfast served in the lovely airy indoor garden. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and knowledgeable offering great recommendations on everything from food to must-see venues. The fact that there was always someone that spoke English was an added bonus.The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious!.
all reviews » Location was relatively good, situated in close proximity to Recoletta cemetary and other tourist attractions as well as shopping area. The room was of adequate space, clean and comfortable. I love the location, the comfortable rooms, breakfast... The BEST thing is you have a very quiet hotel, and no surprise disco waking you up in the middle of the night with the walls shaking!. The staff located at the front counter were friendly. Some of the people in charge to open the door at the main entrance seemed aloof. It is a small but very confortable Hotel. nice design and nice colors. Rooms are perfect size. Their atmosphere. Great location and wonderful hotel that is like a Hilton. Practically everything. It is my 4th stay at this hotel. Good room upgrade thank you. Very comfortable. Location. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and we couldn't work out how to make the fan go really slowly. The breakfast was mediocre and on top of that there was mould on bread and the fruit was not fresh !! They have free internet at the Lobby but they charge you for it at the rooms !!. The TV did not have good reception. The step into the bathroom/shower was a little on the dangerous side, the BBQ grate you step on is a little high for some of my older friends getting into the shower. Staff systematically referred to me as 'Fernandez' but my last name is 'Fernandez-Pol.' I did not like that a tiny bit. I did not authorize them to abbreviate my family name. One day there was no water in the morning, but it was a special problem. Breakfast could be better, fruits are very poor. Poor TV programming Expensive in-room Wi-Fi. The staff person who checked me in was a bit rude. The internet in the room allows only one equipment to be connected. For two persons with two iPads or laptops this is a serious limitation, and the internet service in the rooms is not free. Not responsive to email on weekends (was traveling and calls are costly). Did not provide invoice at check out stating that Booking had collected the money (prepaid reservation) and nothing was owed. Breakfast weak ... Good coffee in the room. The room keys were demented. Current best practice is to have a flat card to insert into a slot. The Loi Suites key is a bulging thing, not flat. To use it is more comlplicated that inserting in a slot. the very worst feature is that each room gets just one "key". I don'T have to describe how very inconvenient that is. I would not stay there again if they did not change this feature. Its appears my payment duplicated at my HSBC VISA card By the previous reserve and at hotel I will have to spend time for rejecting the first payment You have to check your service because it is a very bad BOOKING using result and a suspicious fraud intent.
