Everything! This "hotel" seemed more a short-term apartment rental. The room was great, very clean, very big (bigger than our NYC apartment). It included a full kitchen, nice bathroom with a tub (a first in our travels to South America), couch, dining room area, comfortable bed, great lighting, and a balcony with a partial view of the cemetery, and a view of the pool. Very helpful English speaking desk staff in this small "apartment " hotel. Every room seems to be identical with a kitchen and sitting area that would make it convenient for families or people staying longer. The room was large and very nice. The location was excellent. Personally, I loved this, but as a warning, there is a restaurant around the corner from the hotel that cooks meat, and he smell of the meat was wafting up onto our balcony, and a little bit into our room. It smelled amazing, and actually whet my appetite every night before dinner, but if you are sensitive to a smoky meat smell (or don't like meat), ask for a room on the front of the building,. No coffee available on site (except with the room service delivered breakfast) and there can be street noise if you are on the lower floors, street side. This isn't really a dislike, it's more of a suggestion. The room has a very nice chair and a nice daybed/chaise lounge, but neither have a reading light. I suggest putting a reading lamp in the room near the chair. People who use the room for business need a reading light. One of the days it was raining and we felt rushed to leave the room for the cleaners ( we had the recepcionist knocking on the door to advise they wanted to clean!),. The towels were very old. No free wi-fi in the rooms. nothing. Was a bit noisy in my room with loud music from a nearby club making sleep difficult sometimes. it is an apart hotel, breakfast can be served in your room, but beter go around the corner and have a typical porteño breakfast, media lunas and coffee. i don't have any complain, maybe a better breakfast,. The room could have been cleaner and there braekfast is repetitive and not fresh. Rather dated shower (in the tub), breakfast at the room was nice but very basic. Rooms are slighty dated. The room was smelly and noisy and not up to the standard I was expecting based on the description provided through bookings.com.
