As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first
night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a
smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day
they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was
great............would have loved to have stayed longer. Staff were so
amazing

Still has the rock star vibe. We were lucky to enjoy a 'Live at the Sunset Marquis' summer concert by the pool during our stay. Magical! We took our children for breakfast to Mel's Diner on Sunset Av. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

I enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. Great restaurants,
movie theather, bowling alley, and Target. When I had a problem with my
room type and the non working refrigerator they addressed it the next
morning, apologized repeatedly,offered a 50.00 credit toward the room
without me asking and provided complimentary bottles of cold bevera

The hotel is in the heart of the action-- a short walk to the Staples Center & events. Lots of restaurants in the area-- all within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful lobby area lounge and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Room was large and airy. Bathroom was large and fabulous with two
showers and a soaking tub. Bed (king) was very comfortable. Balcony
was nice and view (looking south toward Pacific Design Center) was

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.

1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious.
2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc

marina del rey is perfectly located. my room had a beautiful view on to the harbour. the all staff were lovely and helpful. this hotel is a real gem. ok so it needs a refurb, and there is a bit of noise from the other floors but this is more than made up for with the plus points of which there are many.

We wanted a hotel close to the Getty Museums and Santa Monica. Excellent location, big room, excellent swingming pool, excellentrestaurant, kindly staff, high quality. My advice: you are going tospend a lot of many in tips because of the excellent service. - The staff made you feel like they would willingly help..and I did have afew problems to sort-they went out of their way to help. This hotel was quiet and clean the room was a good quality as was the restaurant we would have liked a water view but got one on the side where we could see a bit of water but no sun just plenty of traffic but we did find the double glazing was efficient so not too noisey. -

The connoisseur was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The
folks at the front desk and valet parking were also very friendly and
helpful. We had a problem with our tv and it was resolved within 30
minutes. Great customer service. -

What did I like about the hotel? Everything! All the staff were very friendly and polite and the hotel was very homely and stylish. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who may be staying in LA and will be back again for another great experience if I come back to LA. Thank you for an excellent stay. -
