The connoisseur was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The folks at the front desk and valet parking were also very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our tv and it was resolved within 30 minutes. Great customer service. Heated pool. Enjoyed having drinks at the lobby bar with the friendly bartenders. Easy and close access to the beautiful beach. Nearby restaurants... Cora's coffee fir breakfast, Cha Cha Chicken for lunch or dinner.
όλα τα σχόλια » The staff were wonderful and really helpful and friendly. We had a lovely quiet room with a partial ocean view. And the hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, the Pier, restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff at check in were excellent and very welcoming, the location to third street promenade and the beach was great and the room was spacious and lovely. Size of room. Very big. Also a large, comfortable bed Helpful staff at front desk, in lobby area, doormen and concierges etc. Facility & staff are excellent. We got a great deal 40% off the regular price through letsbookhotel.com. staff was amazing! everyone went out of their way to make sure we had the most amazing experience. The large comfortable room! And the terry robes provided. Unexpected surprise!. Very comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean, great location. Wonderful hotel and staff, great location. The location near the beach, the staff. The place was close to the beach but far from eveything else. My friend had a massage and booked it under the impression that they would work on his lower back. We had been golfing for 3 days and he really need to have his lower back massaged. The person doing the massage (6pm - Sunday Feb 10) was borderline rude and refused to work on his lower back. She said that she would give him a swedish massage and would not focus on his lower back. He nor I will ever use the spa again. Would be nice if there was also a jacuzzi along with the pool. The porter on the first night was really pushy. I assume this was because he was wanting a tip. We did not arrive until late in the evening and just wanted to go to our room and collapse. We said we were fine to take our luggage in the lift and the next thing we knew he was in the lift and opening our room and showing us around. Too much. Computer Wifi connection not free. For hotel with these costs it should be free to all guests. The service at breakfast the only morning we tried to use it was appalling. Waited for 45 minutes for simple breakfast order and in the end, left the restaurant because could not wait any longer. The hotel was very apologetic about this and sent a tray of cheese and wine to the room by way of apology. Hotel in public areas and facade seems a bit tired. Needs a refurbishment. Being charged for Wi-Fi. We had booked a room with city view, but got a room with a wall in front og our windows. No view!!! I wonder if this is an issue, as we experienced a similar situation at the 60 Thompson in NYC. All other hotels, we had booked on this trip directly, we always got exactly what we had booked. When booking through letsbookhotel.com, do you recommend that we doublecheck in advance what room they will provide??. Liked it all. My comforter had pen writings on it. Someone wrote their name on one of the comforter. For a high end hotel you would think they would triple check their linens. Valet parking prices, crazy! Small room Old and tired looking room, not luxurious as stated in adverts. tired- carpets need cleaning - overall not fresh - and obstructed view due to apt building in front of it blocking the ocean view. Wait staff got lunch order wrong, ordered ice and that never arrived. Ordered a pot of coffee and they sent me cups n creamer for the in room coffee which is not what I ordered. Pleasant staff but incompentence was prevalent. too expensive for the service available, out dated rooms. ,the hotel needs renovation, the lobby looks awful ! They sent me the bill of one room (number249) although i paid for two rooms:249 and 247 i am a Marriott Reward member. The stuff was so unpolite and he claimed that my card was declined even for atleast one night and made go to the ATM and got out 800$ in cash from the same card wasted a lot of time with front disk and their manger which I had to checkout and went to Hayat Regency which was much better even the location. Got a room that was not vacuumed, there were crumbs by the bedside. Hairs on the bed sheet. Tub was not draining. Called the front desk and reported the problems, he said "do you want a comp for parking or breakfast?" Then eventually realized that I'm not trying to get any comps, he decided to move us to a different room. Room was suppose to be non smoking...ash tray on the balcony had been used and room smelled of smoke. I arrived after three pm and I was told that my room would be ready in 30 minutes.
