The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia. We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help. The location is amazing...walking distance to the designer shops on Rodeo Drive shops and Century City Mall. -

We loved this place. We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade from studio to 1 br. The apartment was big, with top quality washer / dryer and full kitchen. The rooms are charming, but the garden is an oasis amoung all the concrete and beach. So relaxing to sit outside and read, or just have a drink and chat. Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

bathroom has clear glass wall to see into bedroom, which was a novelty
for my 7yo daughter. Free internet/wifi was fantastic. Was given
glass of champagne at check in which was a nice surprise. My daughter
loved the heated pool.

The location was outstanding: right across from the beach. The pool had a wonderful set up with cabannas and two smaller pools which made it more intimate. The décor was modern and fun. The staff was very accommodating and knew us by name. I even got a text on my cell phone asking if we needed any help. There wasn't a wait for valet to bring the car up.
