Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient. - The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.

Goo staff and location
Excellent Bed comfort and quality and Got an upgrade to executive room also free airport transport and it’s rightly priced, and near the airport.
No casino and it is good for family - The staffs are very polite and efficent. The room is clean and its decoration was very nice. They gave me free airport transport.

The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. We booked a desert Safari also collected us form the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Taxis always available outside. Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

eat in hotel , coffe shop, sea food, its very nice to eat in side hotels more comforable , shopping near to the hotel, walking - Staff were lovely. Bed was blissfully comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room. The fruit basket was nice on arrival. - The Hallmark is a nice hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. However, the price is a bit steep.

it was your service. as soon i reached the hotel, paid for it and room was ready, no problems or ifs and buts, i got the best room of my choice - price for internet is expencive
