  The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk. We had been to a lot of other luxury hotels in Dubai but we never felt so pampered. We will definitely stay in this hotel again and i - First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. We booked a desert Safari also collected us form the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Taxis always available outside.   The amount of space in the apartment was fantastic , the beds where very comfortable . The pool area lovely and quiet which was a bonus . The staff where very accommodating , allowed us to checkin early which was great as we arrived at the hotel at 09:00am and checkin was from 2pm, we had a room by 10:30. They also had a complementary service to... τι λέει ο κόσμος » take you to the beach . All in all great staff and a very comfortable stay . - The apartments were very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was much larger than I anticipated! The hotel staff are courteous and pleasant and Youssef at the front desk was particularly notable for his professionalism. He made our stay even more welcoming by giving recommendations for places to go and for accommodating our request for a later checkout!

  The location was excellent if you want to be in the centre of Dubai... just opposite the City Centre Mall, close to the Metro, plenty of taxis around, close to the airport. Its perfect if you want to go around Dubai. Its reasonably priced as well. Facilities offered match the cost . Not fancy but functional. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean. Well designed and appointed rooms with high quality furniture and equipment, plenty of storage and power outlets. Quick and friendly service. Front desk staff provided a room even though we arrived well before our check in time. Good quality breakfast.

  I found the staff very helpful. Case in point, I needed it help to get on a online tutorial and the it person set me up. The reception staff were professional but not too formal. Bed room very large and well appointed. - Almost the perfect Hotel. Clean & Comfortable with big rooms. Rooftop Pool offers panoramic views of the area. They also cook chicken & lamb on a Chargoal Grill. Highly recommend.
