I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

We took room with two double beds, great size room with comfortable large beds and superb city views.
Excellent facilities including relaxing pool side, fitness gym and spa. Hotel does not have a night club which is great, no noise polution and the rif raf stay away leaving clean family environment.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom with toilet separated. It
was an ideal business stay if you don't want to break your bank.
The lounge was comfortable with a bar counter for fast breakfast. I
have stayed in many other hotels in Dubai for family and leisure
occassions ( The Westin, The Armani and The Palace, and The Grosvernor

tag. If you are looking for good comfort with less money the Radisson
Blu is a good choice. -
Welcoming and helpful staff from the moment you arrive at the Radisson
to the moment you leave. A very nice spacious room even though we booked
the standard double room size. We had a good view of the city. Quiet and
relaxing ambiance to the hotel, nice lobby area to use and the valet
service was a real help so you didn’t have to think about your car. The
staff even knew which hire car was ours when we couldn’t remember! We
did not have breakfast but out of choice. Room service food was
excelle

I was my first visit to Dubai so not sure where to stay and on first arriving at the hotel it is sort of between the Old City and the New City. However I bought a 2 day Big Bus hop-on-hop-off Pass and the location proved to be excellent as the Banjuman Mall only 5 min walk from the hotel was a point where you could pickup both the Red Route and the Blue Route for the Big Bus. Staff was great mostly. Location was great because it was literally in front of the metro (and the metro is so easy to use because it only goes North and South). The pool is awesome too. The staff went out of their way to give me a room with a nice view after I requested it...put me on the 58th floor! The hotel is huge but never felt crowded. Ever

Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, the best in Dubai. Breakfast was great and the room service menu we found an excellent selection and the food was delicious. Our apartment was so spacious and the facilities great. -
