Cannot praise this hotel enough - Great location, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Mall of Emirates was just around corner - 5 minutes walk even on hot day(38 degrees Celsius), Dubai Mall was one stop away on the open top buses - If you like shopping might be better just to get a taxi - to this Mall - we were there 4 hours and only just touched the surface.
Went to Gold Souk - Quite an experience - very friendly and not overly pushy.
Would gladly go back and stay again

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms
and lobby. I know letsbookhotel.com only says wired but it is w

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

The lobby was comfy, the view and the designes were beautiful, also the
location is great right next to mall of the emirates and there are
shops and pharamcies right under, was easy to get what I needed without
a taxi or ride. -

I stayed in one bed room apartment.Location is a steps far away from mall of the Emirates. Every thing is new, I felt that I'm the first guest at the room, like kitchen wares and electric appliances. Towels , living area, sofa, bed all are brand new. Staying was a nice experience, try it before rooms worn out. I didn't eat there to tell my opinion

good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

Perfect Location 3 min from Emirates Mall and 10 min from metro station.
We reserved for an appartment 3 rooms but we had reached the hotel we didn't find it so they gave us 2 app. 2 rooms what was better for us and internet was for free as apologize :) -

The staff made our stay at Citymax very enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful on arrival and friendly. The porter's were vey nice and helpful, nothing was to much bother for the staff in general including the diningroom staff. Excellent location. Right beside the Mall of Emirates and stop for the hop on bus tour. The room was clean and comfortable accomodating our needs. There was construction work being carried out outside the hotel which seems to be happening in most areas around the city, but we were woken quite early. Just something to be aware of.
