good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

I read a lot of mixed comments about this hotel before booking.. However
I went ahead with the booking because of its overall good rating &

We spent 15 days in this hotel.
Breakfast cost 36 Dhm per person and was pretty good. Fresh orange juice and basic range of food were adequate it's price.
Our two and half years old daughter was eating for free.
Small shops are very close and all needed goods can be bought there.
Fridge was noisy ( we stay in one-bedroom suite, so it didn't disturb us during night, because kitchen was separate).
No taxi driver knows the hotel, but all of them know Holiday Inn, which is very close.

Very polite and effiicient staff. I arrived at about 10am and was allowed to check in early which was great! There was plenty of room in the apartment, and all you would need to make your stay really comfortable. - Fantastic. We had a two bedroom apartment, one king size bed and two singles for
the teenagers were great. The beds were comfy, we had daily room service
& the staff were friendly. The apartment size was fantastic, clean,
modern and very comfortable. We had two bathrooms, each with a separate

Staff's are excellent and very kind to us. Location is good for shopping. Room size is more than enough (I used one bed room type), WiFi is available in room. I recommend this hotel strongly and I will come again in future. -

Overall very comfortable stay in a two bedroom apartment, very spacious and relaxing. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Excellent place to stay with family and short commute by taxi to main attractions -

We went both for business and medical reasons so we located ourselves to the nearest hotel to the Saudi German hospital. The staff were as caring as nursing staff. I lived in Dubai before, so I know city more or less. This hotel is comfy if you have a car or plan to use taxi. What I liked about the place was a lot of space in the rooms. There was living room and kitchen and bedroom. I could cook if I wanted, very convenient. Sheets were changed every day and bed was very big, very good night sleep every night. Internet excess and business center to fax, print or scan papers if you are on the business trip is available.

The hotel was beyond my expectations,in spite of some negative notes by previous guests.The tiny entrance to parking lot was not an issue and did not affect my stay.

Spacious clean rooms, good breakfast, efficient staff, good value for money. Bathroom is oddly small for such a large studio. Very nice pool area, though one pool was not available. The road in front of the hotel is little more than a dirt track running parallel to Sheik Zayed Road. The taxis drop you off at the back of the hotel and you go through a back door to the reception so the first impression is not the best. .
