The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms
and lobby. I know letsbookhotel.com only says wired but it is w

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

The lobby was comfy, the view and the designes were beautiful, also the
location is great right next to mall of the emirates and there are
shops and pharamcies right under, was easy to get what I needed without

We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better.
We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

The staff made our stay at Citymax very enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful on arrival and friendly. The porter's were vey nice and helpful, nothing was to much bother for the staff in general including the diningroom staff. Excellent location. Right beside the Mall of Emirates and stop for the hop on bus tour. The room was clean and comfortable accomodating our needs. There was construction work being carried out outside the hotel which seems to be happening in most areas around the city, but we were woken quite early. Just something to be aware of. We spent 15 days in this hotel.
Breakfast cost 36 Dhm per person and was pretty good. Fresh orange juice and basic range of food were adequate it's price.
Our two and half years old daughter was eating for free.
Small shops are very close and all needed goods can be bought there.
Fridge was noisy ( we stay in one-bedroom suite, so it didn't disturb us during night, because kitchen was separate).
No taxi driver knows the hotel, but all of them know Holiday Inn, which is very close.
