Very polite and effiicient staff. I arrived at about 10am and was allowed to check in early which was great! There was plenty of room in the apartment, and all you would need to make your stay really comfortable. - Fantastic. Had an Excellent stay in Fraser Suites Dubai. Spacious One bedroom with fabulous view of Dubai especially Palm and seaview, I felt I was at home. Outstanding service from all staff especially housekeeping boys very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with just enough choices. Best thing Internet is free and GYM is open 24

At First best regards to Mr.Samer Rafie(Operations Manage) + Akram (Reciption) and all employees.good location , 10Mnts drive from Emirates Mall , quiet area ,very comfortable , clean ,Free Shutle from hotel to Sharaf DJ station and Emirate Mall. Food taste good,swimming pool area is wanderfull, i lived in Fraser Paris and i like it very much and also Fraser Dubai.
Realy all staff are friendly , familier and nice.
If you care about your family chose Fraser.

A new new hotel, open 4 days. Beautiful hotel. Great location short taxi ride from Jumeriah Beach ares. Staff were fantastic. I would definitley stay again! - The whole experience was great and your staff are a real credit.

We could have breakfast at The Terrace restaurant in the Arabic part of the restaurant, which was great at this time of year because they had the windows open.

I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.

The hotel was beyond my expectations,in spite of some negative notes by previous guests.The tiny entrance to parking lot was not an issue and did not affect my stay.
Yes you can smell cooking at the lobby but still I didn't feel this has annoyed me.

Spacious clean rooms, good breakfast, efficient staff, good value for money. Bathroom is oddly small for such a large studio. Very nice pool area, though one pool was not available. The road in front of the hotel is little more than a dirt track running parallel to Sheik Zayed Road. The taxis drop you off at the back of the hotel and you go through a back door to the reception so the first impression is not the best. .

Everything. Fantastic hotel for the money. Rooms great, staff great, value for money, can't fault it for the money. Great spot as we'll being 5 mins walk from the tube and surrounded by bars and close to marina. Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)
