the room is so big & the bathroom is an experience for itself, there's a touchscreen dashboard which u can use it to control lights, a/c remotely.
- the staff go backward to serve the guests.
- the pool area is magnificent.
- the gym is equipped with the latest equipment & so big too.
-the restaurant where u can have the breakfast is just amazing and never seen bigger that this.
- it's just a perfect hotel i'll go there every time i visit Dubai

Service. - that's what this hotel is about. It has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've had in Dubai. It enhances your stay so much.
The staff are great and very eager to help. Room service was great and they pay attention to details. From the butler to the front desk, even the valet! For example, small things like;

The Oberoi Dubai provides excellent hotel services from A to Z and exceeded all expectations by all means, hotel managers are very professional and they know how to pleases customers, also the hotel successfully chooses the best international staff that makes you enjoy the multicultural atmosphere and the reception of great services by your finger tips. Right from day one the staff were exceptionally wonderful. It was my wife's birthday so i told them to organise a surprise in our room for her when we go for breakfast. Everything really. Rooms were good staff were good. Didn't have any problem with anything. Especially the receptionist he was really nice. The morning to night receptionist was a really good guy. Helped us a lot and when we had problem with taxi service he apologized even though it wasn't his problem. This guy should get a raise. He works really hard :)
