Villa Rotana is an excellent hotel well worth the money. The hotel is well appointed and clean with excellent facilities. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices from a hot bar to fresh fruit. Great apartment, larger than expected. View from balcony was fantastic -
Burj Khalifa.
staff were friendly and helpful offering advice on locations to visit etc house keeping were fast.
good location for shopping, tourism and site seeing and not far from the metro which only cost £3 for a day pass on all lines!

Staying at the City premiere hotel apartments was an excellent choice. This was our second time actually. We loved the hotel. The room was spacious. Our kid enjoyed the roomy space. The design of the apartment was just what we had in mind.The staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Location is very good. Near to most of attractions we wanted to see. Also, there's a metro station nearby. The hotel restaurant is very nice. Tip: try the margarita pizza. Very delicious!

Service. - that's what this hotel is about. It has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've had in Dubai. It enhances your stay so much.
The staff are great and very eager to help. Room service was great and they pay attention to details. From the butler to the front desk, even the valet! For example, small things like;

Everything really. Rooms were good staff were good. Didn't have any problem with anything. Especially the receptionist he was really nice. The morning to night receptionist was a really good guy. Helped us a lot and when we had problem with taxi service he apologized even though it wasn't his problem. This guy should get a raise. He works really hard :)

This hotel is a great value for the money. There is parking available for free. The room was very comfortable and had very nice, colorful décor. The bathroom was very modern with a big sliding door, walk-in glass shower, etc. They literally thought of almost anything one would need when traveling- shoe buff, sewing kit

a regular taxi for 15-35 aed ($5 to $10 usd). For an additional ten
dirhams you can take the hotel taxi which were new lexus 2014 cars. The
