  Arrived Dubai airport at 5.10am, took Emirates bus to Abu Dhabi, arrived hotel mid morning, very tired. Hotel staff made every effort to provide an earlier check in. Hotel has excellent facilities. All staff (concierge, front desk, room service, dining room) were extremely helpful. Great choice of food for breakfast -best omelet maker at this h... τι λέει ο κόσμος » otel. Would recommend this hotel without reservation. - The staff was truly remarkable!!!! On bus line...but taxis are pretty cheap in the UAE...shops,restaurants near bye. We were upgraded to a suite which made our stay truly amazing!!! Great room! On the day of check out, my wife was not feeling well and they were kind enough to allow us to check out late...EXCELLENT Service experience!

  There is NO shadow of doubt that the hotel Sands staff are very polite, very fiendly and courteous all the way thru right from upon arriving and entering the lobby till I had to leave.The rooms and bathrooms everything is clean and lovely I was at the Harvester Pub, Chequers Bar and Tipar Bar and have no complaints.   It's great. This is my 5th time there. Rooms are very well designed, arranged and equiped. Rooms are really big and comfy. Location is good and in the heart of the city. There is a mall opposite to the hotel, only you have to cross the street. Resturants are very close like 2 mins walking distance. Everytime i enjoy my stay there and i recommended... τι λέει ο κόσμος » it to many of my friends and colleagues. - For business purpose it was outstanding it had wi fi free every in the hotel which is uncommon. It had a great breakfast which came with lovely service. The room service dinner was surprisingly good and came from the same restaurant as breakfast. It had a great conference centre, gym and pool with a beautiful setting check out face book for my photos.

  Desk manager was excellent, as were front desk employees. We had a problem with a trainee front desk staff; 1st) the trainee made my wife pay a deposit before they would give her the key. Ok, understood. But I spoke to the manager and explained that I had booked it on my visa and would pay in full upon my arrival from dubai later in the evening, a... τι λέει ο κόσμος » nd that my wife's money was for her and the kids to go to wadha mall, eat and do some shopping. The manager was very apologetic and refunded the mone - It is a lovely hotel, pure luxury in Emirates style. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. I had a good view of the city. The rooftop pool was heated and a nice way to get some exercise. Since taxis are relatively cheap in Abu Dhabi, I used them to get around. But the bus station is literally right across the street so you could easily use buses to get around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Millennium and would stay again!
