Exceptional experience!
1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms!
2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable.
3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail

4- The Premier Suit is pretty big with two bathrooms and a jacuzzi viewing the street! the room has two balconies, two mini-bars, and a Nespres -
Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel

Conveniently located to Dubai Mall - our 5 year old walked there without a problem, and 3 year old rode in a pushchair. - The hotel was immaculate, the service friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable and well fitted-out. The brunch on the terrace was very good value and very good quality - 159dhs (about 30GBP) per head selection of lebanese, indian, japanese, seafood and barbecue dishes served outside overlooking the pool, with fairly decent Australian wines or Tiger beers included.

This really is location,location, booked a junior suite 22nd floor, and it was fantastic. I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

I liked the location of the hotel, It was a perfect location. Near it is the metro station and Dubai Mall, not only that, but there are a couple of coffee shops in the same building! like tim hortons and star bucks. The rooms are nice and there is a wide space in the living room. I loved it and willing to come back again

We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were awarded a 3 bedroom suite for the same price. The suite was really nice and comfortable. - It was very clean, pleasant and in a great location. Everything was wonderful.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, the best in Dubai. Breakfast was great and the room service menu we found an excellent selection and the food was delicious. Our apartment was so spacious and the facilities great. -

Excellent Value for Money. Great location, spotlessly clean, fabuloushelpful staff. Not as luxurious as some hotels in Dubai, but anexcellent 4*+ hotel by anyone's stndards.
